Privacy Policy

Plain-language answers about the (deliberately small amount of) personal data this website handles.

Effective date: 25 August 2026

Overview

This policy explains what personal data ConstaNET collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It is written to be complete but readable — if anything is unclear, contact us and a real person will answer.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily submit through our contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and message. Submissions are stored encrypted-in-transit in our cloud infrastructure and, when email notifications are enabled, delivered to our team mailbox. We also process standard technical request data (such as IP address) solely to operate rate limiting and prevent abuse of the form. For site statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that does not track individuals across sites and does not require consent banners. This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking pixels.

Why we collect it

Contact-form data is used for one purpose: to read and respond to your inquiry. Technical request data is used only to protect the availability and integrity of the form. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent — implied by your deliberate submission of the form for the purpose of receiving a reply — and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. You may withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your data.

Retention

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting engagement, after which they are deleted. Abuse-prevention records are kept for a short operational window and then discarded.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the Nigeria Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR, where applicable), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS with strict security headers. Form submissions are validated server-side and protected against automated abuse. Data is processed on our hosting infrastructure with access limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy — for example, if we add analytics or newsletter features — we will update this page and the effective date below before any change takes effect.
